A beautiful blouse with an off white cotton-silk bodice, silk raglan sleeves, and a black flat band collar.  There are delicate embroidered details on the cuffs and shirt bodice, which add the nicest touches.  There are black buttons down the front, and a concealed lace detail in the placket.
